Description

This is a solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.





Solicitation number 12445526Q0084 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for installation of erosion and sedimentation controls, removal of a 42-inch x 50-inch x 45-foot Corrugated Metal Pipe Arch (CPMA), replacing it with a 128-inch x 83-inch x 44-foot CPMA designed for aquatic organism passage (AOP), reconstructing a 600-foot section of roadway, and placing and compacting driving surface aggregate on the reconstructed road surface.





This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
