WEDNESDAY APRIL 15, 2026
A bid bond/deposit will be required upon submittal of the sealed bid.
A performance bond and payment bond will be required upon the award of the contract.
THE TOWN OF LYNNFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT, ACCEPT AND/OR EXTEND
ANY/ALL BID(S) IF IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE TOWN OF LYNNFIELD.
