Solicitation Description:

Scope:

The selected contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and services necessary to effectively collect refuse from residential accounts and District facilities within the District. This includes transporting the collected refuse to an authorized disposal site and ensuring its proper disposal. The contractor will also be responsible for curbside collection, processing, and marketing of designated recyclables.

Note: The District does not require services for commercial establishments within the District, as these businesses are responsible for arranging their own waste management services.
