East B St. & IL-161 Intersection Improvements

The City of Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for East B Street and IL-161 Intersection Improvements until 10:00 a.m. April 15, 2026, at the office of the City Clerk 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

Sealed bids shall be sealed in a plain envelope marked on the outside with the words East B Street and IL-161 Intersection Improvements and delivered to the City Clerk during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.

The proposed improvement consists of the removal of the existing concrete pavement on E B Street, construction of new PCC pavement, various removal and replacement of concrete curb, removal and replacement of sidewalk to meet ADA requirements, signal work, pavement striping, and other miscellaneous work.

Any and all firms and/or persons entering into a contract agreement with the City of Belleville shall be subject to and required to comply with all applicable local, State and Federal requirements.
