Manufacturing Connected Worker Platform Service

This is a Request for Information (RFI) - hereinafter Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this RFI is for the Government to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes only.

Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is looking for vendors who can deliver a manufacturing connected worker platform service for the Treasury/BEP network, using real data satisfying BEP cybersecurity requirements for BEP employees to enable an accelerated pace to upskill the workforce to face the digital environment efficiently.

Responses to this RFI are requested in two (3) parts; Parts (I) & (II) must be submitted using Attachment 2 RFI Response Template. Part (III) must be addressed within your capability statement.

Part I: Company Profile Information - BEP seeks company profile information about the firms that provide services positioned to address the requirements discussed in the RFI and SOO.

Part II: Capability - BEP seeks Industry responses to specific questions. Do not include any support documentation for any company other than your own. This is an analysis of your company’s abilities.

Part III: Business Capabilities and Requirements – BEP seeks industry responses to the Business Capabilities and Requirements for the Manufacturing Connected Worker Platform Service that are described in the Statement of Objectives, attachment 1.

The deadline for responses to this RFI is November 15, 2024, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Responses should be forwarded via email to both the primary (Paula Branch@paula.branch@bep.gov and secondary (Sharilyn Cool@sharilyn.cook@bep.gov) points of contacts.

Questions in response to this RFI may be submitted electronically to both the primary (Paula Branch@paula.branch@bep.gov and secondary (Sharilyn Cool@sharilyn.cook@bep.gov) points of contacts.on or before October 28, 2024, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Vendors shall reference “RFI_ Manufacturing Connected Worker Platform Svc” in the subject line of their response as well as in the subject line of any other e-mail correspondence referencing this notice.
