Contractors interested in quoting must attend at least one site visit.

The Town of Dracut invites written quotes from qualified contractors for the labor and materials for the removal of old and installation of new +/- 1010 square feet of carpet and +/- 270 liner feet of cove base in the Gym area and three bunk rooms at the Dracut Fire Department, 488 Pleasant Street, Dracut, Ma 01826.
There is also an Add/Alt being requested to install +/-1000 square feet of vinal t and +/- 310 linear feet of rubber base molding.

Documents can be downloaded at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx as of January 8, 2025. Any addenda that may be issued will also be posted on the project website. Vendors are responsible to check back for any addenda that may be issued. Failure to acknowledge an addendum could result in rejection of quote. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (A) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149, 26 to 27H inclusive.
