The City of Cartersville Electric System is requesting competitive bids for an underground puller trailer. The purpose of the unit will be to assist in installing underground electric distribution cable. This purchase is to be coordinated by Cartersville Electric System, and Cartersville Electric System will base their bid evaluation on the lowest bid that, in its sole discretion, is the most responsive and responsible to the City of Cartersville. The evaluation process will be followed by a recommendation to the Cartersville Mayor and City Council for the approval of a purchase order to the awarded supplier.
