INVITATION FOR BID
This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for:
The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (County) seeks proposals from interested qualified Design-Build Firms for the design, construction and delivery of a new Juvenile Justice Center. This new JJC will replace an existing Juvenile Court located at 11 Judicial Ln # 100, Brunswick, GA 31520. This project is to be completed under the auspices and approval of the Glynn County Board of Commissioners. Initial estimations include total square footage of ~17,404 square feet and will include two juvenile court rooms, office space for judicial staff, security and holding areas. The total construction budget proposed by the Glynn County Board of Commissioners is $11,600,000.00. The specific services requested are outlined in detail in the scope of services within this request for proposal.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
