NORTH SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE as Awarding Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for Campuswide Lockset Replacement Lynn and Danvers Campuses at 300 Broad Street and 1 Ferncroft Rd respectively, in accordance with documents prepared by JONES ARCHITECTURE. The NSCC Lock Replacement Project includes upgrading all access control systems and replacing selected door hardware across six buildings at the Lynn and Danvers campuses. The work includes installing new security hardware integrated with existing systems, as well as standard door hardware on designated doors. The work is estimated to cost $629,000. All bidding Requests for Information RFIs shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com by 08-26-2025.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All bid documents and activities for this procurement are to be completed at Biddocs.com Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 S44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149.
