Renovation for Centerton Old City Hall
The City of Centerton will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the "Renovation for Centerton Old City Hall" in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: an approximately 3,370 SF renovation of an existing building, including stub-ups to support a future café space, along with interior modifications for seating areas, a community library, and restrooms. Work also includes the addition of a new entry on the west facade, with exterior improvements consisting of repainting and the installation of a new entrance canopy.
Bids will be received at DEMX architecture, 104 N East Ave. Suite D, Fayetteville, AR 72701, until Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 2:00 pm, at which time they will be pubicly opened and read aloud.

Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A full set of documents can be obtained by the General Contractor at the General Contractor's expense. Sub-contractors or material suppliers may also obtain the documents at their expense. Full sets of documents are required. No partial sets will be allowed. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the project manual in duplicate and in a sealed envelope with name of contractor, address, project number, and bid date and time on outside of bid package. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et. seq. Each bid submitted must contain the following items:
•Bid form, signed by bidder
•A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to (5) percent of the bid. The bid Guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Centerton; a U.S. Government Bond endorsed to the City of Centerton; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder.
•The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $20,000.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the City of Centerton. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirments of the invitation for bids. The City of Centerton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding whenever it is in the best interest of the City of Centerton.
