The contractor shall assess/calculate/determine the cooling and airflow requirement for each room based on the building construction, people, and equipment inside on the first and second floors of building 1130 annex. They shall restore the system to the proper settings for the mechanical and control equipment. This includes making sure the set points are 75 degrees in cooling mode and 69 degrees in heat mode throughout both floors on the annex.
