Town of Canmore
The Town of Canmore is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to complete burning on 40 piles of harvested landing-pile debris. Piles may be:
Bin-burned from June15-September30/2026
OR
Open-air burned from January4-March31/2027 – Equipment must be moved in to site prior to snowfall and cannot be removed until spring/2027 after the Nordic ski trails have been closed and the access has dried up
A MANDATORY SITE VIEWING WILL BE HELD May19/2026 09:00-12:00 HRS STARTING AT THE CANMORE NORDIC CENTRE LOWER PARKING LOT - ATV’s are required. Proponents MUST RSVP (Section 1.1.3) by May14/2026.
