REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 25-038
ENGINEERING SERVICES - 2026 MULTI-MODAL SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from consultants/consulting firms to provide support services for a series of Active Transportation corridors which will include various levels of effort related to detailed design, tender documentation and construction administration and inspection. The intent will be to complete these projects in 2026/2027 and prioritize the deployment of cost effective active transportation improvements in conjunction with road paving to address existing safety concerns and expand a diversity of safe and convenient mobility options for all. The City has extensive experience in the design and implementation of All Ages and Abilities (AAA) active transportation corridors and are looking for firms that can provide capacity to detail out the design intentions highlighted in the design concepts (Appendix B), develop tender packages and support the implementation of the projects in a timely and efficient manner.
