6025-E-0001&02: Assignments under this retainer will generally involve geotechnical/pavement investigations, sampling and testing, and factual reporting to support the detail design of highway rehabilitation and reconstruction projects. Some assignments may involve the production of a full geotechnical/pavement design report including recommendations on frost heave treatments, culvert replacements, minor embankment instabilities, distortions, and pavement failures.
