Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking proposals through a competitive process for the rehabilitation and restoration of biological foul air biofilters at the Perris Valley (PVRWRF) Facility to improve airflow distribution to ensure the systems remove foul air odors optimally.
