Description:

Pursuant to NCGS 143-129, The Town of Apex is accepting seal bids for the following: all necessary equipment, materials, chemicals, personnel, and monitoring services for odor and corrosion control for the Town of Apex sewer collection system that employs 32 pumping stations.

The primary goal of this work is to eliminate odors beyond the fence line of the pump stations and treatment systems, as well as near manholes and air release valves. The secondary goal of this work is to protect the infrastructure from corrosion. Currently, we have 9 of these stations requiring this service.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday, March 14, 2025 on official company letterhead. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly open and read at Town of Apex Public Works Operations, 105-A Upchurch St Apex, NC 27502 in the conference room.
