NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract COOLING TOWER STAIR REPLACEMENT FOR POWER PLANT 26-068-FM on or before August 5, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bidders to furnish and replace stairs on DuPage County Power Plant located at 410 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall provide all labor, services and materials needed to complete work described in the specifications.
