    Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified contractors for the
    Purchase and Installation of Blinds for the Department of Water Resources.
    Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Anna West, Purchasing
    Associate II. Quotes should be received by 5:00 P.M. by Friday, May 15, 2026, via email to
    Anna.West@GwinnettCounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing
    Division – 2nd Floor, Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville,
    Georgia 30046.
    A pre-quote conference will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Department of Water
    Resources – Central Facility, 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045. All contractors
    are urged to attend. Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Anna West, Purchasing
    Associate II at Anna.West@GwinnettCounty.com or by calling 770-822-7862 by Monday, May 11,
    2026. Quotes are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted.
    Successful contractors will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company
    should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must
    have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
    Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its

    an award deemed in its best interest. Quotes may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County
    reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive,
    responsible vendor(s) at its discretion.

    SCOPE OF WORK
    Purchase and Installation of New Blinds
    Removal and Disposal of Existing Blinds. Existing blinds can be disposed of at DWR Central Office but must
    be completed by contractor.
    Work must be coordinated ahead of time with DWR Central staff and can be completed from 8:00 A.M. to
    10:00 P.M. Weekends are available but also require coordination with DWR Central staff ahead of time.
    o There are nine offices that must be completed after 5pm. Contractor should coordinate with DWR
    Central staff to plan work to be performed in offices.
