Project Description: St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide an integrated, enterprise-level software solution that supports Professional Development (PD) management, Employee Performance Evaluation and Absence Management functions across the District. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a vendor capable of delivering a user-friendly, secure and scalable platform along with comprehensive implementation, training and ongoing technical support that enhances the District’s ability to develop talent, evaluate staff performance and manage employee attendance.
The selected solution shall streamline and centralize key HR and talent management activities, improve compliance and reporting, reduce manual processes and provide real-time insights to support data-driven decision-making. SLPS seeks a system that can seamlessly integrate with existing District platforms, including but not limited to payroll, human resources and identity management systems.
