NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Proposals (RFP) are invited by the City of
Stockton, California for RWCF ADDITION OF CENTRIFUGE SYSTEMS (PROJECT NO.
UW26006) in strict accordance with the specifications.
The City of Stockton, Municipal Utilities Department (City) is seeking proposals from qualified
Design-Build teams to provide design and construction services for the addition of new
centrifuge systems to increase dewatering capabilities at the Regional Wastewater Control
Facility(RWCF).
Proposal forms and specifications are available on the City’s website at
www.stocktonca.gov/mudbid and must be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall,
425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, up to but not later than, Thursday, June 18, 2026, at
2:00 p.m.
The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received.
