1. INTRODUCTION:

This is the initial step in the planning process to identify potential sources for an Architectural and Engineering (A&E), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in support of Davis-Monthan Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM). Please see attached Statement of Work for further details. Project details will be specified at the task order level following award.

This effort will require contractors with experience and expertise capable of managing multiple task orders simultaneously, which will require project planning, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors. The selected contractors will be required to hold all applicable licenses, permits, registrations and/or certificates, and any other items necessary to perform work; and will be responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors hold the same.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, "Engineering Services" and the small business size standard is $25.5 Million. The IDIQ value is estimated to be approximately $9,999,999.00 over the entirety of the ordering period. However, please note this may be subject to change.
