    This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified suppliers to provide Herbicide in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated herein. The contract period will be from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2028, with three (3) additional one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required to contact the buyer of record via e-mail at Nanci.
    Grannemann@modot.mo.gov at least five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
