Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – FEDEX FORUM PROPERTY INSURANCE
The identified vendor will:
Enter Specifications/Scope of Work Below – Property Insurance for the Fedex Forum
1. Services are to be rendered for the period of September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
caterra.farmer@shelbycountytn.gov.
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 18, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
