TheTexas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking qualified contractors toprovide turnkey demolition, construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, andfinish‑out services for the renovation of Building B at the Sierra Blanca DPSfacility in Sierra Blanca, Texas. The awarded contractor shall furnish alllabor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to completethe project in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and requirementscontained in this RFP.

***Allwork must be executed in strict accordance with the approved constructiondocuments, plans, and technical specifications

Apre-proposal site visit will be held at the DPS Sierra Blanca Area Office, 908W. El Paso, Sierra Blanca, TX 79851 at 10:00 A.M. CT on 8/17/2026. Pleasearrive no later than 09:45 A.M. CT to sign the Site Visit sign-in sheet.

Your submissionmust include all mandatory proposal materials and information. The vendor mustsubmit electronic responses no later than 5:00 P.M. Central Time on 8/24/2026to the following email address DPS_Solicit_Response@dps.texas.gov or via the DPS Online Bid Room
