PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Randolph County School System is seeking proposals from qualified vendors and
contractors to design and develop a GHSA-compliant, eight-lane track and field facility at
Randolph-Clay High School. The school is located at 3451 GA-266, Cuthbert, Georgia 39840.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected vendor may provide services including:
• Track design and construction
• All-weather track surfacing
• Field event areas (long jump, high jump, shot put, discus, etc.)
• Site preparation and drainage
• Athletic equipment installation
• Safety and accessibility compliance
• Project management and warranty support
All work must comply with current Georgia High School Association (GHSA) and National
Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) standards.
VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS
Interested vendors should demonstrate:
• Experience with athletic facility construction
• Track and field project experience
• Proper licensing and insurance
• Ability to complete projects on schedule
• Positive references from similar projects
REQUIRED SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is required for all interested vendors and contractors prior to proposal
