The requirement encompasses all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, and academic administration, including an established partnership with Shenandoah University to allow cadets to earn up to three (3) college credits in 100-level engineering coursework. Additionally, the contractor must provide specialized curriculum instruction in STEM and AI concepts, as well as 24/7 cadre support for cadet supervision, safety, and accountability. See attached redacted J&A document for a more complete description of the requirement.
