The City of Maryville is seeking bids for Improvement to Everett Park, per specifications. Electronic sealed bids (Bid #10-26) will be accepted via
comsealedbid@maryville-tn.gov
or hard copy sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent at the City of Maryville Municipal Building in the Engineering Conference Room (lower level) - 416 W. Broadway Ave., Maryville, Tennessee 37801 until 2:00 p.m., local time, October 14, 2026 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened. A non-mandatory site visit and meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST on September 30, 2025, at Everett Park: 612 S Everett High Rd, Maryville, TN 37804.
