The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional engineering services for the design of two new roads. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, roadway design, preparation of a design basis report, development of a detailed scope of work, cost estimates, and construction administration.

A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom Conference on January 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
