Description
The Iowa Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management (HSEM) seeks to procure a contractor with SOI-qualified staff in above- and below-ground architectural and cultural resources to assist with Environmental & Historic Preservation (EHP) compliance with FEMA-funded projects, including but not limited to the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and Public Assistance Program. The contractor will work with the Office of the State Archeologist (OSA) preparing Iowa Site Inventory Forms (ISIFs), reconnaissance surveys, and reviewing site locations for potential archaeological concerns.
