Roof Replacement Project - City Hall Building

ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Duluth will receive Proposals from contractors to provide, furnish, install
and warranty/maintain all materials, labor and equipment necessary for installation
of a roof replacement for Duluth City Hall 3167 Main Street. The roof is at end of life
and shall be replaced per the plans and specifications. A complete Request for Proposal
Package, including Project Documents, may be examined at the location listed below:

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00PM EST on April 30, 2026 by the City of
Duluth (Owner), at 3167 Main Street, Duluth, GA, 30096.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Monday April 13,
2026 at the Duluth City Hall Building, 3167 Main Street, Duluth, Georgia 30096. All
bidders are required to attend
Proposals will be evaluated as follows:
Bid (Total Cost) - up to 60 points
Experience in similar projects - up to 30 points
Project Approach - up to 10 points
