Scope
|
Implementation Services: The County requires a “state of the art” vehicle weigh scale management system to include a point-of-sale system that will have the demonstrated ability to allow integration into a single Billing and Accounts Receivable system and will allow sharing of information (in real time where possible) between the outlying facilities and the County’s Central Administration Office. The system must be highly reliable and user friendly for refuse disposal cashiers, scale operators, system administrators, and office staff while having flexibility for system administrators to configure the system and generate custom reports either on site or remotely. The system will not require extensive custom development and maintenance. The system must comply with U.S. weights and measures laws, regulations, and standards and all audit standards. |
