1. Question: Is it possible to get a copy of the HSIP grant application, along with
attachments and exhibits, that secured the funding for this project?
Answer: The selected consultation firm will be able to get a copy of the HSIP
application.
2. Question: Can we use 11" x17" sized sheets in the proposals? If yes, will it count as a
single page or two pages against page count?
Answer: An 11x17 can be used and will count as one sheet generally. (Generally
reserved for timelines, plan examples etc...) The main body of the RFP
must be formatted as 8.5 by 11.
3. Question: Can captions, text within tables, and text within graphics be smaller than
10-point font size?
Answer: Captions within tables and graphic images can be smaller than a 10-point
font size.
4. Question: Do you want resumes for all staff or just key staff?
Answer: Resumes for anyone that will be involved with the project.
5. Question: Can we have resumes moved into an Appendix section outside of the max.
page count?
Answer: Resumes can be moved into the appendix and will not count towards the
max page count.
