NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract FURNISH, INSTALL, PROGRAM & TESTING OF CAMERAS 25-091-DCC on or before August 18, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County Care Center (“County”) is seeking a bidder to furnish and install twenty-nine (29) Hanwha QND-6082R Dome Cameras. Awarded bidder shall install and program cameras to match Networks and carryout testing of cameras. Awarded Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary for the installation, configuration, programming, and testing of a complete and functional security camera system at the DuPage County Care Center located at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL.
Interested Bidders are required to carefully review all specifications and requirements before submitting bids.
