Rupert Nock Middle School Roof Replacement

The City of Newburyport, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the construction of the roof replacement at the Rupert Nock Middle School located at 70 Low Street, Newburyport, MA.

Bids are due on or before 2:00PM, local time, April 24, 2026 for Filed Sub-Bids and on or before 2:00PM, May 1, 2026 for prime Roofing bids. Bids will be received electronically via Biddocs.com.

The scope of work consists of the partial replacement of the membrane roof system at the Rupert Nock Middle School. Other work includes associated plumbing, electrical, HVAC disconnects, skylights, and finishes.

The General Contractor shall be DCAMM certified in Roofing & Flashing.  The Filed Sub-Bidder DCAMM category for this project is, Electrical. Plans and Specifications are available at www.biddocs.com . Refer to the bid documents for specific bidder instructions and requirements.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The City of Newburyport reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
