RFB ERO LIB #80-F-8-25/26 - Houcksville Road Storm Drainage Improvement

The project consists of: removing existing inlets and stormdrain pipes, installing new inlets and stormdrain pipes, constructing new trapezoidal waterways with optional berms and driveway tie-ins, and removing trees as part of Clearing and Grubbing. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Division of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening. Questions must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM EST on June 18, 2026.
