Project No. 26-002 Architectural and Engineering Services for Leonardtown Building A Renovation

To All Interested Firms:

The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from professional architectural and engineering firms. Firms qualified by CSM will be shortlisted and requested to provide an oral presentation. Firms will be short-listed again and will then be requested to submit a cost proposal to provide architectural and engineering services for the renovation of Building A located on the Leonardtown Campus.

Submittals will only be accepted via the College’s Bid Locker portal before 11:00am (eastern time), March 2, 2026 unless changed via addendum at which time and place the College will record the names of firms that submitted a timely response. Late submittals will not be considered. It is the responsibility of each firm to ensure their submittal is received prior to the scheduled submittal due date and time and submissions that the submittal package is complete or the College may deem the response as Not Responsible or Non-Responsive.

Copies of this Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the College of Southern Maryland’s Bid Locker portal https://bidlocker.us/a/csmd/BidLocker . Firms are responsible for obtaining any changes/addendums posted on that website.

The College of Southern Maryland reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any formalities, informalities, or technicalities as it deems necessary, appropriate, and in the College’s best interest. Final award of the contract is subject to the availability of funding for this project.
