Project Description: This Contract provides for the following improvements to THE DOWNS NEIGHBORHOOD PARK: Installation of a new 32’x50’ concrete half basketball court, a 16’x24’ shelter on a 24’x32’ concrete pad, other misc. concrete surfaces, bench, electrical, new security lighting, modifications to the existing irrigation system and new irrigation in the lawn area and turf repair and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install:
• Picnic shelter: Delivery of shelter is anticipated to arrive in April.
• Bench: Delivery of bench is anticipated to arrive in March.
The Contract Work shall be Substantially Complete by July 1, 2026.
