The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for 1 x Project Manager for the Canadian Joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JCIS - CFXNet.

1. If you intend to bid:

a. Complete and sign the Cover Page, named JCIS -System Admin - Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to this email address;

b. Section 4.2 table is for information only. No action required.

c. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2

d. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name and 7.9 (c)

e. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A

f. Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached

h. Fill out Annex B, Basis of Payment

i Fill out Annex D

j. Fill out Attachments 1 -5 to Part 8

l. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 5 December 2025

3. Please address all concerns or questions to the undersigned. Note, that not completing any one of the above requirements may result in a non-compliant bid.
