This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Consultant to provide Engineering design, survey, permitting, right-of-way mapping and all other professional services required for the bidding and construction of Roadway, Intersection and Parking/Site Improvement Projects throughout the City. The term of the agreement is a One-time Purchase commencing upon execution of the PO or contract and continuing until completion and acceptance of the Scope of Work, as specified.
