General Notice
City of Watertown (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT - 2018 SPAULDING HOTBOX, PROJECT NO. 2523 C
Notice is hereby given that the City of Watertown, SD will receive sealed bids for the purchase of the equipment, a four-ton 2018 Spaulding Asphalt Hotbox. The equipment is being sold as-is, with no warranties of any kind made by the City of Watertown. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect and evaluate the condition of the equipment.
Bids for the sale of the equipment will be received at the City Finance Office located City Hall until Wednesday,November 19, 2025, at 4:00p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The equipment is located at 730 Arrow Ave Watertown, SD 57201. Equipment may be seen by appointment only by contacting Sue Peterson with the Street Division at 605-882-6207 between the hours of 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found on the following designated website:

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Street Superintendent will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
