Vendors are informed that the above subject solicitation is hereby modified, corrected, or

supplemented as specified, described and set forth in this Addendum:

I. QUESTIONS/RESPONSES

1. The solicitation references the City's EPA Multipurpose Brownfield Grant but does not

identify the specific project area(s) for this contract. Should respondents assume community

engagement activities will focus solely on the Liberty District, or should proposals anticipate

engagement across additional Brownfield target areas during the contract term?

Response: The Liberty District is not represented as a selected site. Please see attached

Columbus, GA EPA Multi-Purpose Grant Summary for selected sites.

2. Is the City's July 2020 Community Involvement/Engagement Plan the current document

respondents should update and implement under this contract, or is there a newer version?

Response: Correct, the Community Involvement Plan has not been updated since July

2020, this is the document that needs to be updated.

3. The scope references programmatic support throughout the grant period in addition to

specified public education meetings and visioning sessions. Should respondents assume that

ongoing programmatic support includes continuous stakeholder coordination and

communications between major engagement activities, or should pricing primarily reflect

support associated with the identified deliverables?

Response: The City has been managing the brownfield committee thus far. However, in

the event that these and other stakeholders need to be contacted by the subcontractor and
