La Sûreté du Québec désire octroyer un contrat pour des services du programme d'aide aux employés pour une période de trois (3) ans. Ce service consiste à fournir une aide psychologique aux employés et à leur famille immédiate aux prises avec des problèmes personnels ou professionnels, en vue de les soutenir dans le développement de moyens visant à solutionner ou atténuer certaines difficultés au niveau personnel, familial et/ou professionnel (thérapie brève, coaching,  intervention spécialisée) ainsi qu'un accompagnement des personnes en situation de crise par téléphone, la réalisation d'interventions suite à un événement traumatisant sur l’ensemble du territoire de la province.
