Invitation to Bidders

The City of Ottumwa, Iowa will accept sealed bids until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 18, 2026 to secure a contract for beverages with The Beach.

Bids must be addressed to:  City of Ottumwa, City Clerk, 105 E. Third Street, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501.  Plainly marked:  “BEVERAGE BID –BEACH.”

Be sure to sign and date your proposal.  By signing your proposal, you further agree to enter into contract with The City of Ottumwa should your proposal be accepted. Contract is enclosed.
