| Synopsis | The intent of this solicitation is to prequalify contractors (“Contractor”) to provide solid waste collection and disposal services for Arlington County residential properties. Those prequalified will then be eligible to submit a bid for services to include the curbside collection of trash, single-stream recycling, and mixed organic materials (yard waste and food waste). Additionally, the Contractor will provide scheduled curbside collection of electronic waste and scrap metal and provide comprehensive cart services |
