The Town of Swampscott is seeking written bids from qualified firms capable of repairing approximately 600 square feet of spalled and delaminated concrete seawall through installation of shotcrete overlay. The scope of work is further detailed in the plans and specifications and includes but is not limited to the following: removal and disposal of deteriorated and sound concrete to a minimum depth of 2” from original wall surface, preparation surface and installation of shotcrete overlay (depth varies), placement GFRP bars and hooks where required. All construction services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective, and efficient manner.
