DESCRIPTION:
Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking is seeking the services of a Contractor to carry out the asset and warehouse management on an “as and when required” basis in various locations such as Western Region, National Capital Region, etc.
GAC via its Summit Management Office (SMO) has been tasked with the organization, planning and delivery of a major event at various venues in the Kananaskis and Banff regions of Alberta.
The Contractor’s mandate will be to provide moving and warehouse staff, all the equipment necessary to store and handle the goods/material needed for the smooth running of the event. The contractor’s mandate is also to provide the trucks drivers and support staff for deliveries between sites.

Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of addenda) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. BASIS OF SELECTION:
Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award. The ratio will be 70% for the technical merit and 30% for the price.
