Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide the furnishing and delivering the following chemical to the Maryland Environmental Service: InterPac 309 or approved equivalent Polyaluminum Chloride by bulk tanker load consisting of approximately 605,535 pounds.
