Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified venues to provide facilities, staffing, security coordination, technical services, and related event support for Tarrant County College District’s Spring 2026 Commencement ceremonies. The selected venue will support multiple ceremonies conducted over two days and must be capable of accommodating graduates, guests, faculty, staff, volunteers, and dignitaries in a safe, accessible, and professionally managed environment.
