The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain offers for construction of drainage renovations at Macklin School for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
1.1. Sealed digital tenders will be received via email only to:

Until 2:00 pm Saskatchewan Time, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The Tenders will be opened by
the Consultant and the owner at a later date.

Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond / Security Deposit, Consent of Surety and Undertaking of Insurance.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.

A mandatory site walkthrough for General Contractors will be provided on September 25, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Assemble outside the Main Entrance at the West Side of the building.

All contractors must notify the Consultant by email of their intent to attend the site walkthrough. Minimum 24hr prior to noted time.
