Description:

The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide residential transportation services to students at the California School for the Deaf, Fremont, located at 39350 Gallaudet Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB).

It is anticipated that the contract start date will begin approximately on August 3, 2025. The actual start date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Department of General Services (DGS), if required.

Award of a contract as a result of this IFB shall be contingent on DGS approval, CDE executive approval, funding and program authorization provided to and by the CDE.
